Shrimp Pasta in Garlic Butter Sauce (Pasta con Camaron)
Peeled and deveined shrimp
salt and pepper
Melt 1/4 cup butter and add minced garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. Add spinach last along with diced cherry tomatoes. Saute 1/2 chopped white onion and add to sauce with chopped shrimp. Stir consistently.
In a large pot of boiling salted and oiled water, cook pasta according to packaging. Drain well.
Pour shrimp and sauce over pasta and serve immediately.
