Huevos en Llamas

Huevos en Llamas “eggs on fire”

(1 serving)

2 eggs

1/8 bell pepper

1/8 onion

1-2 oz baby spinach

110 octane hot sauce

Teriyaki or soy sauce

Butter
1 tbsp butter in pan on high heat

Add diced onion and bell pepper

Drip hot sauce into pan

Heat until almost dry 

Add spinach

Drip teriyaki or soy sauce over spinach

Fold 2 eggs and pour into pan

Drip hot sauce into pan

Scramble until desired dryness of eggs
